When visiting Mortes museum you can take part of Björkö’s history and the life of the people who lived here. You will be able to see some of the oldest Björkö cupboards decorated with ornate floral motifs. Our current exhibitions tells you about the school in Björkö, the defence corps, farming and clothes from late 1800s to the early 1900s. You can also explore the Motor museum.

The oldest objects in our collection date back to the 1920's while the newest are from the 1980's. We have mopeds, motorcycles, snow mobiles, boat engines, chainsaws and more.
